This is one of the best Projects from the international competition initiated by the Ministry of Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia. Designed by a team of young Serbian architects : Milos Zivkovic, Nebojsa Stevanovic, Janko Tadic, Aleksandar Gusic and Slobodanka Tadic. They try to create different environments through a continuous movement within the space (The conflict between modernization and environmental heritage of the city)
