Designed by a team of young Serbian architects : Milos Zivkovic, Nebojsa Stevanovic, Janko Tadic, Aleksandar Gusic and Slobodanka Tadic. They try to create different environments through a continuous movement within the space (The conflict between modernization and environmental heritage of the city)
