zeroHouse is a prototype design for a fully self-sustaining modular home designed by Specht Harpman Architects in New York .
The zeroHouse is a small, prefabricated house that can be easily shipped and quickly erected. It has all elements necessary to comfortably support four adults. The zerohouse operates independently off-the-grid, without the need for any external utility or waste disposal connections.
