Aedas unveils master plan proposal for CTS Temple of Heaven Performance Zone
Aedas promotes Beijing as an international performance city and developed a master plan for the CTS Temple of Heaven Performance Zone.
The performance zone, covering a main street (Xingfu Street), two parks (Beijing Amusement Park and Longtan Park), and three lakes (East Longtan Lake, Middle Lake, and West Lake), is located at the Dongcheng district in Beijing. Occupying 59 hectares of land, it boasts 34 theatres and 1,200,000 square meters of office, retail, hotel, entertainment and cultural spaces.
With a trio of urban, garden and lake environments, it aims to become the capital’s core cultural and commercial district and establish an international modern city life standard.
